Country Manager Singapore
Karen Teo Bi Hong is the Country Manager of Quess Singapore, bringing over 18 years of experience in the recruitment industry. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
Karen has a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in driving growth and operational excellence. Her core expertise spans Staffing, Executive Search, Managed Service Provider (MSP), and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). She has successfully managed key clients across various industries, consistently delivering exceptional results.
Before joining Quess Singapore, Karen served as the Director of Staffing for Adecco Singapore and later as the Managing Director, APAC for LMA Recruitment.
Director of Sales and EBU Operations
Geri, currently serving as the Director of Sales and EBU Operations at Quess Singapore, brings with her 20 years of robust experience in client-facing and operational capacities within Singapore’s Contracting and Staffing Augmentation arena.
Before joining Quess, Geri held pivotal sales and operations positions at leading MNCs like Adecco and Hays. Her dedication lies in supporting clients by offering tailored talent solutions in Singapore’s dynamic talent landscape.
Country Manager, Quess Corp Singapore & Malaysia
Vikas is the Country Manager, leading businesses across Workforce Management with Quess Corp Singapore. His portfolio includes General & IT Staff Augmentation, Selection & Services, Training & Skill Development, and Planning and Operations. With over 17 years of experience in various leadership roles, his expertise lies across Strategy, Business Development and Operations. Vikas is a National University of Singapore (NUS) alumnus and has also received a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business in collaboration with the MIT Sloan School of Management and Columbia Business School in 2019.
His last stint was with ManpowerGroup as Regional Director APAC, responsible for Global Clients and Operations for Experis, having worked with companies such as Ness, Azilon, and Nityo across sales and operations.
Head of Finance – Quess Corp Singapore
Akash Gupta has 14 years of experience in finance, taxation, corporate law, and M&A. Currently, he is leading the Business Finance function for the Quess Asia Pacific region. Before joining us in 2020, Akash worked with Hitachi Consulting as finance controller for SEA & ANZ regions. He is also qualified as a charted accountant (India) and was an All India Rank holder in Cost and Management Accountant and Company Secretary (India). An avid reader and a tech enthusiast, Akash holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Rajasthan University (India) and an Adv. Diploma in Management Accountant CIMA-(UK).

Ozbay, currently serving as the Deputy General Manager – People & Culture at Quess Singapore, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Human Resource Management) from Swinburne University. Sharen, the General Manager of Operations at Quess Corp Singapore, brings with her an expansive career spanning over two decades, marked by diverse expertise in revenue generation, key account management, market expansion, and proficient operations oversight. Her proficiency extends to prioritizing Client-Satisfaction, ensuring compliance, and championing governance practices.
In her current role, Sharen leads General and IT Staff Augmentation initiatives at Quess Corp Singapore, aimed at enhancing revenue and implementing strategies for operational excellence. Formerly at Adecco Group Malaysia, Sharen served as the Director of Staffing and Outsourcing, driving revenue and ensuring the profitability of the Adecco Brand. Chief Financial Officer – Quess
Deepaka Tulupule, a seasoned finance professional with nearly two decades of corporate experience, assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at Quess in September 2022. In this role, he oversees the financial operations of Quess’ Workforce Management Platform, managing General Staffing, India IT Staffing, Search & Recruitment, and International Staffing sectors. With previous senior roles at XLHealth Corporation India Private Limited and Mphasis Ltd, each exceeding 8 years, Deepaka garnered extensive expertise in financial leadership and controllership.
Prior to joining Quess, Deepaka honed his foundational finance skills at BPO F&A delivery centers of prestigious multinational corporations like Accenture, Affiliated Computer Services, and OPI Global, laying the groundwork for his successful career in finance and accounting.

Sunitha Karthikeyan is a seasoned HR leader and currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for the Workforce Management platform. With over two decades of HR expertise and leadership, Sunitha guides our global teams across India, US, APAC, and Middle East. Since joining Quess in January 2017, Sunitha has been the driving force behind our HR success, orchestrating talent strategies and driving organizational excellence.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune, and a General Management Program in Business Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
Sunitha started her career at Wipro Limited where she dedicated 16 years at the company excelling in variety of roles across India and the Middle East, showcasing expertise in change management, organizational integration, talent strategy, cross-cultural sensitivity, and HR business partnering.

Lohit has 25+ years of experience in Textiles, Auto Components, and Services. He focuses on product/services, sales, and business development. Currently President of Quess’ Workforce Management, he joined in 2011 as GM Sales for Staffing. Lohit serves on the Executive Board of ISF, representing 100+ staffing companies in India since 2018. Elected President for a second term (2022-2024) at ISF, he engages with industry leaders, employers, and the Government to develop staffing in India and formalize the workforce. An influential speaker, Lohit has appeared at ASU GSV 2019, UNICEF’s Yuwaah launch, and ISF conferences nationwide.

Guru is a Stanford Ignite Graduate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, in addition to having a Master’s in Business Administration.

Sandeep has a rich and varied experience of over 30 years in the Recruitment & Staffing, Telecom, and IT sectors. He has a deep understanding of both contingent and permanent recruitment solutions and has an exemplary track record of driving growth in recruitment and staffing solutions across the Middle East and APAC regions. His experience and expertise have positively impacted Quess, making it a global leader in recruitment and staffing vertical.
Before joining Quess, Sandeep has worked in leadership roles with market-leading recruitment solution firms like Manpower, IBM Kenexa, Pontoon, and Korn Ferry Futurestep, covering MEA and APAC markets. Sandeep holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University.
COO, Global Technology Solutions
Daniele Pedrazzoli has more than 28 years of reinsurance, insurance and banking industry experience. Trained as an Underwriter he led Finance and Operations with Fortune 500 companies (Swiss Re, QBE, Liberty Mutual) and Start-up companies (Ironshore). During his International career he designed and executed on complex strategic Operating model and technology transformation Programs. He also managed delivery initiatives focused on automating processes, rolling out new systems, creating data and organizational structures to support growth, integrating post-merger acquisitions and executing on sourcing strategies.
Daniele holds an MBA from University of Chicago and a BA in Economics and International trade from Fribourg University (Switzerland). He is passionate about innovation, artificial intelligence and new technology and serves in advisory boards of fintech/insurtech startups.
President, Global Technology Solutions
Pinaki Kar is the President of our Global Technology Solutions business and spearheads the IT Services & Staffing business, Business Process Management, and Customer Life Cycle management across India, US, Canada, and Singapore. Pinaki has over 24 years of experience in the industry and has an exemplary track record of driving growth in Global Technology Services. Pinaki worked at Zensar Technologies before joining Quess, where he was the President & Chief Executive of Infrastructure Management and Cloud Solutions.
Before that, he was the CEO & President of Wipro Infocrossing, where he executed a gamut of roles spanning P&L Leadership, Geography Head, Sales & Marketing, M&A, and Corporate Development and Strategy. Pinaki holds a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University and a PGDBM from XLRI Jamshedpur. He was the keynote speaker in leading industry forums like Gartner Summit and IDC Conclave. He has also represented the Indian IT Industry as a member of the Prime Minister’s business delegation during the then PM’s state visit.
